Where it began.
Lucian’s professional culinary journey began at HCHS Culinary College in Jamaica, where he developed the foundations of classical cooking. Through years of hands-on experience, mentorship, leadership and continuous learning, he refined his craft into the luxury dining experiences he delivers today.
