Privacy policy

LUCIAN uses the contact and event details you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange your dining experience and send payment and review emails. Payments are processed by Ziina.

Google Analytics and Google Ads receive browsing and enquiry events. New paid-booking measurement shares the payment amount in AED and a booking transaction identifier with Google for measurement and advertising optimisation. Google click identifiers (gclid, gbraid or wbraid) may be stored on your device for up to 90 days and saved with your enquiry for attribution. No offline conversion uploads are currently enabled.

The Meta (Facebook) Pixel receives page views and a "Lead" event when an enquiry is sent successfully, together with standard browser information such as your IP address, device details and Meta cookies. Meta uses this to measure and optimise our Facebook and Instagram advertising. No name, email or phone number is sent to Meta.

New paid-booking tracking, click-ID storage and the Meta Pixel are disabled in regions requiring advertising consent, or when your region cannot be determined. No guest email is shared for enhanced conversions without explicit recorded advertising acceptance. Existing enquiry tracking remains unchanged.

You can opt out of the new tracking using your browser’s Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting, or refuse advertising through an existing saved advertising choice. These settings apply to future events; clearing site data removes locally stored click identifiers.
