How a chef-led dinner party works
It starts with your enquiry. Lucian replies personally, arranges a short consultation about your guests, your home and the kind of evening you want, then sends a menu and an itemised quote for your approval.
On the day, ingredients are sourced and most of the preparation is done before he arrives. Lucian sets up in your kitchen, cooks and serves through the evening, then cleans and resets the kitchen before he leaves.

How far in advance should I book?
One to two weeks is recommended for intimate dinners and two to four weeks for yachts or larger events. Selected last-minute dates may be available.
